I'm Yann, your officially licensed local tour guide! My passion for history and culture has been shaped by a life of global travel and discovery. Born in Tahiti, I spent my formative years on Réunion Island and in Toulouse, and even pursued my education in Ireland. This diverse background give me a unique vantage point, allowing me to share a truly informed perspective on Strasbourg's local treasures.


Having made Strasbourg my home for the last 10 years, I’ve developed a deep, personal connection with the city, its unique history, and its hidden secrets. As a licensed, professional guide (holding the official French National Guide License), you are assured of expert, officially certified knowledge and the highest quality service.

Classic Strasbourg Loop Walking Tour (2.5 hrs)

Dive deep into the rich tapestry of the Strasbourg's Old Town. This relaxed, informative loop uncovers the iconic monuments and the historic lanes that make this UNESCO World Heritage site so magical. We'll explore the majestic Cathedral and the charming Petite France quarter at a comfortable pace, perfect for soaking up every anecdote and detail.

Dynamic Strasbourg Loop Running Tour (4 hrs)

For those who want to see more and move more! This unique 10 km running tour is a dynamic way to discover Strasbourg’s vast cultural landscape. Starting at the Cathedral, our loop takes you through the institutions of the European District (European Parliament, Council of Europe) and the monumental Imperial District (Neustadt) before returning to the essential Old Town, including the Petite France District. We run for approximately 1.5 hours; the rest of the time is dedicated to comments and photo stops. It’s a fun, sporty immersion where every kilometer reveals a new layer of history.

I firmly believe that the best tours are personal. To ensure an intimate and friendly experience for all, I maintain strict group limits: 8 people for my shared tours and 12 guests for private tours. This ensures everyone receives maximum attention and has plenty of time for photos and questions.

Dog-Friendly Guided Tours

I love dogs (I have one myself!), and both my Walking Tour and Running Tour are dog-friendly! Four-legged friends are welcome, but to ensure a comfortable adventure for all guests, I kindly ask that your dog remains on a short leash and is friendly toward humans and other dogs. Please remember to bring water and a portable bowl for your companion, especially during our longer tours.
